Maraekakaho School ‘Friends of School’ are the parent fundraising committee of the school. Currently this group is without leadership.
In the past FOS have provided sports uniforms,school tracksuits, classroom furniture, sporting equipment etc.
The F.O.S have run events during the year such as discos, quiz-nights, BBQs, sausage sizzles, Trade Me auctions etc. Our major fundraisers have been the ‘Wine & Country Horse Trek' and last years 'Garden Trail". These have been hugely successful, raising thousands of dollars each year.
